The Team knock-OUT (TKO) program is like no other in Ontario!  Operating predominantly outside the periphery of major urban centres, we focus on LGBTQ equality in sport.  We are stepping up to bat by creating safe and supportive environments for people to be who they are while playing the sports they love.

As a social enterprise, knock-OUT continues to work with community organizations who offer counselling to LGBTQ youth in our community who are marginalized or lacking support from family or friends.  In collaboration with these community organizations, knock-OUT can assist you in finding placement opportunities for LGBTQ youth in the organization and planning of our tournaments.  Alternatively, we are more than happy to make referrals to other organizations that may be better suited.  These low-risk, high-reward opportunities will afford participants the opportunity to develop transferable skills that can be applied towards their educational or employment goals, while also building self-esteem and fostering safe, supportive friendships.
